Schuylkill Leadership is a program designed and sponsored by the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Schuylkill Leadership Association to ensure that new, able, resourceful and vigerous leadership will be continuously added to our community to understand the problems and opportunities we face in deciding the future of Schuylkill County. Capable men and women in the community are involved in a formalized program of ten full-day sessions that introduce them to the vital issues affecting our communities. Schuylkill Leadership sets a course for their active participation in community affairs to address the identified issues and find solutions for them. The programs has graduated 383 new leaders since its inception in 1991. Working together and shaping a new generation of leaders to build a better Schuylkill County is what Schuylkill Leadership is all about. Schuylkill Executive Leadership is a new initiative of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce designed to expand upon and/or hone the skills needed for career advancement. Six half-day sessions over 6 months include: Executive Leadership is a partnership of area educational facilities and is tailored to meet the needs of the individual - helping them with their professional development no matter what their profession.
