The Schuylkill Community Education Council´s (SCEC) mission is to broker education and training opportunities for Schuylkill County.

The council identifies, implements and oversees access to postsecondary education and workforce training. The council partners with institutions of higher education and works with business and industry to provide resources for employment training opportunities that address Schuylkill Countys current and future economic development trends.

Submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) and gain access to over 20 Schuylkill County education and training providers for your employee training needs
Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program
Eligible businesses can contribute to our improvement organization and receive tax credits through Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)
