The Schuylkill Community Education Councils (SCEC) mission is to broker education and training opportunities for Schuylkill County.

The council identifies, implements and oversees access to postsecondary education and workforce training in Schuylkill County. The council partners with institutions of higher education and works with business and industry to provide resources for employment training opportunities that address Schuylkill Countys current and future economic development trends.
